Rules
The Rules set out how the Association will operate. They are proposed by the Board and ratified by Full members at a General Meeting of Members.
The initial Rules were approved by the Board on 13 September 2002 and ratified by the Members on 10 December 2002. The Board proposed five amendments to the Rules in February 2005, which were approved by the members on 10th March 2005. In March 2006 the Service Provider segment was renamed to 'LNG Terminal and Storage Operator and Service Provider (LTSOSP)' and in June 2007 another three proposed amendments were approved. Six new amendments to the Rules were approved during the General Meeting of Members on 12 March 2008.
